To adjust the floats on a Quick Fuel carburetor, first, ensure the engine is turned off and the carburetor is cool. Remove the float bowl sight plugs, then loosen the lock xxxx on the float adjustment nut located on top of the carburetor. Turn the adjustment nut clockwise to lower the float level or counterclockwise to raise it, until fuel just barely trickles out of the sight plug opening, then retighten the lock xxxx .
